We’ve had our house for nearly 12 years and in that time have used numerous contractors. Edinmore have by far been the best. The project management stands out as exemplary. The plan of works per day and for the whole job was clear from day 1. I was updated daily or more frequently when required. The standard of work was excellent and I found each member of the team to be extremely tidy, friendly and professional. Works were completed in a timely fashion. I only wish they were available for general building contracts and not just insurance works.

The speed of renovation was amazing. Professionalism was of a very high standard.

Edinmore were identified by our insurance company as the contractors responsible for completing restoration works to repair a water damaged hardwood floor in a kitchen-dining room extension (combination of Victorian and modern build) and to replace the kitchen units as part of the process. Whilst dealings with the insurance company themselves were not as smooth as we would have hoped for, Edinmore were professional, communicative, helpful and expert in their undertaking of the works from start to finish. Everyone in the team was friendly and helpful, the skilled workmen did a superb job and the finish of the floor and kitchen is really beautiful, we are delighted with the end result. We would highly recommend Edinmore based on our experience with them

From the first meeting with Davie, Debbie & Craig it was clear that professionalism, empathy, and communication were a high priority — qualities that had been sorely lacking until that point.

The team treated me and my home with respect, kept me informed at every stage, and were responsive and solution-focused. Special mention to Danny who was there throughout, & Davie & Gary too - thank you, you've given me my home back.

If there were any issues, they were addressed promptly and with care, never dismissed or downplayed. I always felt heard, and their willingness to take responsibility and find practical solutions was reassuring in this industry.

Incredibly positive. All the Edinmore staff with whom I came into contact were friendly, caring and committed to providing a quality service. My house and garage had been flooded due to a burst pipe in my loft.Plasterboard walls and ceilings required replacement. The two staff tasked with this work went about their work in a very skilled and professional way. The painter who spent about a week repairing and painting did a great job. Similarly, the electricians did a great job as well dealing with water damaged electric lights, smoke detectors, extractor fans and the fitting of an oven and Hobb with the assistance of an Edinmore plumber. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the professional way Edinmore management and staff dealt with all the damage to my house and garage from water damage. They are a company that believes and provides quality service.

We had to get a new kitchen fitted as a result of dry rot issues. From start to finish we have had no problems at all dealing with Edinmore. Greg was the manager of our job and kept us informed what was going on, and coordinated with our insurer and the other companies involved in the work. The kitchen itself was fitted by Brian Hughes ably assisted by Bryan Bremner. Both were lovely guys, very professional and respectful, and who really did a fabulous job. We are extremely happy with the end result. We also appreciated all the work of our painters, Brian, and Scott, and all the other workers who helped get this sorted. Thanks everyone!
