Our dedicated Contracts Support team genuinely has your interest at heart and are on hand to assist and guide you through the process, ensuring the repairs go as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

We monitor customer satisfaction from the start to completion of every project, in several ways.

  • We have a bespoke Job Management System which monitors every stage of your claim. This allows our major clients to access our system via unique passwords, offering an unrivalled level of access to track and monitor their claims on a 24/7 basis and provides benefits to all interested parties.
  • We send out a customer satisfaction survey to every customer. We analyse, we act on and we improve on any areas in which our customers feel that we have fallen short, so it doesn’t happen again.
  • We log every complaint that comes into the office and our objective is to resolve the complaint in a timely manner and to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
